Show note:
Bono's solo tour, with the release of his autobiography "Surrender." The theatre had all electronics locked up, so I didn't take any chances and just set the recorder up in the bathroom (which I edited out) - and prayed that the levels were OK. It generally turned out well, but the applause and audience volume was much louder than show. I had to bring up the levels and compress the audience noise. There's a couple of places where there's some mic noise when I had to get up to let the person next by, but at least it was only twice.
