Hi Everyone,

As a follow up to my last torrent of U2 performing Womanfish on TVGaGA from Jan 30th 1986, this is what I think is alomost the majority of the interview that was carried out with Bono & Larry in the TV studio before they performed the live tracks with the rest of the band. I'm not sure how long the original interview was but I've approx 29mins here in good quality (for a 20 year old Analogue Source).

My footage starts as the guys are asked about their feeling no being rated highly as a band in a recent music survey. They talk about the U2's early days together, Live Aid, Phil Lynott from Thin Lizzy, attitudes towards & between other bands in Ireland, the controversial (in those early days!) ticket price of £12 old Irish pounds for a U2 gig, Larry working with other musicians....Overall quite an interesting interview if you've not seen it.

I originally recorded this from an Analogue Terrestial TV broadcast in Ireland. It was recorded directly from the Analogue Tuner built into the video recorder onto an VHS video cassette, which was then transferred via SVideo through a PCI Video Card onto a PC Hard Drive & cleaned up with Pinnacle Studio 9.

The file size is approx 1883MB in MPEG2 format ready for burning to DVD if people wish to. Its PAL 720X576, encoded at approx 8Mbits/s, Dual Mono Audio at 324kbits/sec & about 29mins in length.

Please feel free to share this with others, burn to your own compilations etc..

Don't forget to rate it please.
